About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Assistant to join our team at KK TANG BRAINSPINE SURGERY' in the Novena Central Region. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare practice and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Reception: Registration, answers telephone inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, booking OT, scans, tracing reports and managing the clinic's patient workflow Dispensing medicines under supervision, preferably with knowledge of Clinic Assist program Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic Providing administrative support to the medical team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry Facilitating communication between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare providers Ensuring the clinic's drugs supplies and inventory are well-stocked and maintained Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures Performs miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in using medical software and office equipment A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care Familiarity with healthcare regulations and protocols
