Job Description

Manage the reception area, greeting patients, and handling phone calls professionally. Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting payments and managing billing
processes.


Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions Handling billing of inpatient patients. Dispensing and explaining to patients on the medications Timely ordering of stock (medication and
consumables) and minimize expiry and dead stock within the clinic Tallying of vendor invoices


(laboratory, radiology, medication, consumables).


Tallying of claims and answering to claims queries from government / corporate partners. Provide assistance to doctors during consultations, ensuring patients' needs are met efficiently. Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections. Ensure that clinic is always compliant with regulatory requirements. * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in operations.
