We are looking for Clinic Executives/ Clinic Assistants who are committed, responsible and resourceful. If you have experience in healthcare, and comfortable with IT/computers, we would love to speak with you.

Your role will be to:

Answer telephone calls, Whatsapp Business messages, and emails Schedule appointments for patients Meet and greet patients who come to our clinic Register patients using clinic management software Explain bills to patients and collect payment Submit insurance and Medisave claims Handle patient's questions, feedback, and care concerns Coordinate various care appointments for patients Housekeeping ( sweeping, disinfecting, clearing trash etc) to ensure clinic is clean, welcoming and professional Manage non-medication inventory, ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels. Keep our clinic running smoothly every day

Skills and Attributes:

Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Resilient under pressure Able to trouble shoot and problem solve independently Detailed and meticulous Possesses emotional maturity and have a great interpersonal skills Good verbal and written English proficiency, verbal Mandarin proficiency. A responsible team-player who takes initiative and accountability for duties. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Emailing and WhatsApp. At least 1 year healthcare experience.
