Job Description
- Supporting frontline counter duties.
- Preparing admin forms and blood tubes for health screening.
- Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
- Answering general phone enquiries.
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Assisting medical professionals in clinic daily operations.
- Cashier duties.
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness.
- Promote Tele-med/review platform and remote patient monitoring program.
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Operation Manager or Doctor.
- GCE O level & above.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Medisave claimable is required.
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Clinic Assist software would be an advantage.
- Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
- Knowing Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- 5.5 days work week.
- Working location: Novena, Heartbeat @ Bedok and Changi Business Park
