Position Title: Clinic assistant/ receptionist/ cashier/ retail assistant

TCM clinic near Novena MRT. 5.5 working days per week with no night shift. Office hour. Annual leaves, medical benefit provided. Yearly bonus depend on your performance.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Sunday: Closed
• Public holiday: Closed

:

• Operating cashier counter and processing sales proceeds.
• Perform front counter duties (Schedule appointments, registration, answering general phone enquiries).
• Assist TCM Physician in clinic daily operations if requested.
• Dispense medications.
• Maintain inventory level and stock takes.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure the clinic’s cleanliness and tidiness.
• Handling, resolving or re-directing patient enquiry, feedback and complaints to more senior colleagues in order to seek resolution beyond the information available.
• Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the clinic to drive seamless patient experience across channels.
• Processing and ensuring accuracy of online orders, and picking items to the highest quality.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level
• Able to communicate fluently with our English and Chinese speaking patients.
• Cheerful and able to work independently
• Comfortable with using computer.
• Relevant work experience in clinic will be an advantage. However, job training will be provided.
