A family medicine clinic in Novena seeking clinic assistant (permanent, full-time position). - Responsibilities include patient registration & scheduling of appointments, payment collections, corpor A family medicine clinic in Novena seeking clinic assistant (permanent, full-time position). - Responsibilities include patient registration & scheduling of appointments, payment collections, corporate and insurance claims - Assist doctors during consultation - Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency, including inventory related matters - Attend to telephone/email enquiries - Filling and maintaining proper documentation - Book-keeping experience preferable but not required - Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties Job Type: Full-time, including Saturday mornings Salary: negotiable, $1,900.00 - $2,300.00 per month depending on experience and skills Only Singaporeans or PRs.
