GP Clinic located in Little India, looking for a Part-Time Medical Clinic Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support and to ensure smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is: * GP Clinic located in Little India, looking for a Part-Time Medical Clinic Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support and to ensure smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate is: Singaporean/PR Previous experience in GP Clinic or Hospital. On-the-job training will be provided if without prior experience. Competent and comfortable with basic IT applications. Ability to speak and understand Tamil will give the candidate an advantage however not a must. Pleasant, good customer service, willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative and able to multi-task and work under pressure. Nature of jobscope: Front line counter management. Registration and screening of patients. Packing and dispensing of prescribed medications. Inventory management Assisting physician with minor procedures (Minor surgeries, dressing changes, wound dressings) Assisting in administrative paperwork (PHPC, CHAS, Medisave, Corporate Claims, NIR and others) Other assigned administrative tasks.
