Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance of clinical and laboratory procedures
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Assist doctors during consultation
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Prepare submission for corporate claims
- Handle all transactions include payments and ensure proper documentation
- Perform basic assessment for patients
- Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
- Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedure
- Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
- Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Rendering assistance during nebulizer use, perform First-aid and triage patients
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management
- Min GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA" level and above
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Those without related experience are welcome to apply
