Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations at the clinics
• Assist the Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
• Communicate and provide assistance to our patients - Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
• Management of invoices and payments at the clinics - Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
• Participate in corporate events (if required)
• *Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*

Requirements:

• Possess good communication skills
• Computer Literacy is required
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
• Confident and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or working in clinics is preferred

Working hours: 5 work days - 4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend (38hrs only) Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm, 4.00pm - 8.00pm Saturday & Sunday: 9.00am - 3.00pm Benefits:
