Manage patient at registration and schedule appointment . Perform administrative duties of the clinic as directed by supervisor . Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned . Handle calls and attend to enquiries . Dispense medication under doctor's supervision Job Requirements . Open to Singaporean/PR . Full-time: 44 hours/week, Part-time: at least 24 hours/week with minimum commitment of 1 year . Day shift (8am to 4pm), Night shift (4pm to 11pm) . Able to work 2 night shifts and at least 1 weekend shift (either Sat/Sun). Transport reimbursement will be provided for night shift. . Prior working experience as Clinic Assistant would be an advantage . Good command of English and Mandarin . Good patient-centered service attitude . Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision . Able to commence work within short notice
