Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline customer service
  • Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
  • Booking of referral appointments
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
  • Maintaining inventory levels
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Secondary School/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
  • Ability to converse in English and Mandarin
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Knowledge in medical insurance processing
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office, Healthcare system & IT Savvy
  • Able to start work within short notice is preferred

Working Hours: (Depends on clinic) Mondays to Fridays 9.00am to 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays 9.30am to 12.30pm, 2.30pm to 4pm, 6pm to 8pm Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm Working Days: 5.5 days work week Working location: Mount E. Novena, Mount Alvernia, Tiong Bahru, Gleneagles Specialty: O&G, GS(Colorectal), Dermatology, Paediatrics
