To assist in health screening clinic's daily operationsLocation155 Upper Paya Lebar Road or 250 Sims AvenueSalary Range: $1,600 to $2,500Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM Sat 8AM to 12PMResponsibilities: - Assist in day to day clinic operations- Attending to patients & clients queries & calls- Operating the various stations in the clinic including Registration, Eye Test, Urine Test & Blood Room- Provide assistance to the Doctor, Radiographer and Phlebotomist in the clinic- Arrange for prescribed laboratory tests, specified referrals and diagnostic procedures- Collect, verify, record, and maintain data on clinical activities- Liaise with clients regarding workers' testing requirements and billing- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and the upkeep of clinic facilities and equipmentRequirements: - Education, Certification or Experience in Healthcare advantageous but not compulsory- Being able to converse in a foreign language (Indonesian, Hindi, Tamil, Burmese etc.) advantageous to be able to communicate with foreign workers and foreign clients.- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills- Meticulousness in generating and submitting reports- Certified Swabbers and/or Phlebotomists an added advantage- many of the patients are Foreign Domestic Workers going for full health screeningJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:
