Clinic Assistant (traveller)

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage reception area.
  • Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, etc.
  • Administrative duties such as insurance claims, Medisave, stock-taking etc
  • Assist Doctor during consultations if required.
  • Any other duties as required
  • Assist various clinics as per operational demands
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  • Enrolled nurses may be considered.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good customer-service mindset.
  • Able to travel across various specialist clinics of the company
