Immediate Hiring REQUIREMENTS: 1. At least 2 years working experience in customer service industry or medical clinic setting. 2. Fluent (spoken and written) in English. Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese is advantageous. 3. Excellent customer service skills. 4. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate positively, effectively and professionally with patients, doctors and colleagues. 5. Competent in computer system and mobile apps. 6. Basic knowledge in healthcare practices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner. 2. Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically/ e-mails. Check emails regularly. 3. Assist on patient registration and appointment. 4. Prepare claims form for patient with insurance policy coverage. 5. Assist patient on vaccination bookings. 6. Receive lab reports, share with doctor, call patient and conduct filing accordingly. 7. Replenish and prepare forms for clinic/patient usage. 8. Prepare bill and/ or invoices for patients, receive/collect payments. 9. Prepare daily closing report and perform banking duties as necessary. 10. Fax, scan and file documents. Type documents as required with high level of accuracy. 11. Place orders for stationery and supplies for clinic\xe2\x80\x99s usage. Check stock regularly. 12. Liaise with vendors, suppliers and hospitals as required. 13. Prepare medicine as prescribed by doctor. 14. Assist nurse and doctor when necessary. 15. Able to operate all the basic medical instruments used in the clinic. Check and maintain equipment to ensure they are working properly. 16. Perform duties in a team. 17. Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Manager.
