Perform frontline service such as registration of patients, handle patients' and phone enquiries, and manage appointment scheduling. Assist the doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures Provide basic nursing care and educate patients on medication and procedures Prepare and dispense medications Submit and track e-insurance claims (e.g. MediSave, MediShield Life) Liaise with insurers and government agencies on claims Process billing, payments and daily reconciliation Maintain accurate e-filing and documentation using digital tools (e.g. Google Drive) Manage clinic inventory and support stock-taking Adapt to workflow updates and support daily clinic operations Perform other duties as assigned by the Doctor.
Requirements:-

GCE "O" Level/Nitec/Diploma in Nursing, Business Admin or relevant healthcare certification or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience

with strong experience in e-insurance claims,

preferably in a specialist or ENT clinic.

Proficient in clinic software (e.g. Plato, Clinic Assist) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and general digital tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude, willing to learn, and adaptable. Able to work well both independently and in a team Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, including weekends
