Description
- Provide service to patients and visitors including patients registration, bed reservation, appointment scheduling, billing, financial counseling, and follow-up.
- Attending to all enquires of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.
- Perform any duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE N /O levels / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any other discipline
- No working experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
