Job Description
Looking for part-time and full-time clinic assistants/ senior clinic assistants at our North-East My Family Clinic Branches! Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic
- Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
- Process of billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
- Operate Clinic Management System
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by clinic supervisor/ doctor
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
- Previous experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred but not necessary
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (for senior clinic assistants)
- Shift work based on clinic operation hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
