Responsibilities:
Perform front-desk duties at our GP Clinic, such as scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
Registration of patients includes but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name, NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient's declaration and temperature.
Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as stationary/drug/consumable ordering/stock-take.
Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointment, reminders and chronic medication follow-up.
Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests, and radiology services from various vendors.
Administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal.
Ensure that facilities are patient-friendly, safe and clean.
Other duties assigned by clinic manager and/or doctor from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Positive, self-motivated and patient service-orientated.
Able to work independently.
Able to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays.
Sufficient knowledge of basic computer skills.
