We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented
Clinic Nurse/Assistant
to join our multi-disciplinary
Skin and Sports Medicine Clinic
located in the heart of the CBD (Tanjong Pagar / Downtown area). As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will provide essential frontline support to patients, assist doctors in procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations.

What You'll Do:
Provide front-line patient services including registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries on treatments, medications, and clinic products.
Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures.
Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, wound dressing changes, medication dispensing).
Advise patients on suitable treatments and products (training provided).
Build rapport with patients and foster long-term relationships.
Actively promote clinic services and participate in patient engagement initiatives.
Handle administrative duties including insurance memos, submissions, and vendor liaison.
What We're Looking For:
Candidates with
nursing qualifications
or clinical experience preferred.
Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of PLATO is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus).
Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with a positive, customer-first attitude.
