Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk customer service team to ensure the clinic and front desk operations are deployed smoothly day to day and done professionally
  • Assign and roster front desk operations for the team
  • Ensure the front desk customer team deliver excellent, warm and efficient customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere for all our patients and guests
  • Ensure appointments are arranged promptly and efficiently in system
  • Train team member to answer calls, emails, WhatsApp, setting appointments or customer requests and product information.
  • Handling operational issues when it arises and to able to resolve these operational issues promptly
  • Able to dispense medications and provide dispensing instructions precisely
  • Ensure medical consumables/medications are sufficient and these necessary items are ordered in time
  • Provide administrative support maintaining stock levels for all consumables, skin care and medicine, process invoice and payment collectionare prompt and correct.
  • Conduct clinic walk-throughs to ensure the clinic is a safe work environment and clinic machines and facilities are operational and maintenance is done regularly
  • Managed timely and effective replacement of damaged or missing products
  • Ensure all the licences for machines and clinic are maintained and renewed in time.
  • Able to prepare memos or prescriptions and handle blood sample.
  • Able to do financial counselling to patients and handle insurance filing for Letter of Guarantee and Their Party Administrator claims
  • Tally the payments daily and providing a daily sales report
  • Other duties which the Company may designate

Job requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration and/or related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of related experience in similar role
  • Experienced in clinical operations and has worked in Front desk, Customer Service and/or Administrative duties
  • Responsible, independent and positive individual who is passionate on the contribution to the growth of the company.
  • Excellent customer service with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has initiative to problem solve and come up with solutions
  • The ability to work under pressure.
