Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the branch operations in alignment with the direction provided by management.
  • Flexibly support and cover various roles within the branch as needed.
  • Enhance hospitality standards and ensure exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with patients and customers.
  • Handle patient queries and complaints professionally, striving for effective resolutions and building lasting customer rapport.
  • Uphold clinic cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Efficiently manage clinic facilities, equipment, supplies, and resources while optimizing costs.
  • Take charge of inventory management, assessing supply levels and coordinating equipment repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports to summarize clinic performance.
  • Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and meet sales revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the branch.
Staff Management:
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff, fostering overall performance improvement.
  • Allocate and manage manpower resources effectively.
  • Maintain staff records, including time attendance, leave, and sick days.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize staff induction, training, and development opportunities.
  • Foster staff motivation and teamwork to drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum O Levels qualifications. A diploma or Degree Holder will be a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Salon/Aesthetics/SPA/Personal Care or Clinic Branch/Outlet Sales & Operation Manager.
  • Demonstrated track record of personal and outlet sales achievements would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Thrives in dynamic and challenging environments, with a proactive mindset.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Exhibits effective leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in social media and IT, with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to work on weekends when required.
