Job Summary: The position is responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing the daily operations of the clinic resources that includes people, equipment, and products to ensure quality customer service that will result to meeting the business objectives of the organizationJob Responsibilities: Strategizes action plans for the realization of the set goals for the clinic.Supervises the individual performance in the Unit/Department that will result to a high performing teamHandles client concerns/complaints in the most efficient way leading to recovery and retentionSupervises the daily operations of the clinic to make sure standards are implemented Monitors and replenishes the products and supplies needed to support the operations of the clinicMonitors all sales transactions and expenses of the clinic Provides inputs on departmental budget to ensure financial resources are properly allocatedProvides leadership in the day to day operational concerns of the departmentJob Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): People Management, Sales and Marketing, Microsoft Office Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Work Location: Forever Flawless- SM ManilaJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
