Your key responsibilities will include
-
Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency -
Assist in staffing matters, communicate workflow and safety protocols to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures -
Manage inventory ensuring prompt requisitions of equipment and consumables -
Assist in resolving issues/ providing guidance to junior staff -
Work closely with the doctors and clinical staff to provide excellent patient care -
Contribute directly towards making the clinic more patient-focused by engaging in feedback collation and process improvements
Job requirement
-
Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline -
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in healthcare, preferably in clinic operations role -
Good communication and interpersonal skills -
Good counter customer service skills -
Able to multitask and meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment -
Proficient in Microsoft Office, good followup in documentation and administrative skills -
Able to work staggered hours (night clinic) /weekends/PH on a rotation basis
