Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
To co-ordinates the development of unit based clinical practice, competence and expertise to promote quality patient care at different levels of nursing. He/She is responsible for staff induction, clinical education/training, in-service education, unit-based professional growth and precept student nurses from learning institutions.
Requirements
- Diploma in nursing / Degree in Nursing and a Post Basic Qualification
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Preferably 6 years of experience in clinical care
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Hours : 5 days’ work week (Mon - Fri : 8.30 am to 5.45 pm)
