Overview:

An esteemed Medical Device company is looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is cross-functional, working with multiple stakeholders, and fast-paced. Perfect for energetic individuals.

The main objective of this role is to provide technical and clinical support to surgeons using the company\'s instruments, implants and consumables.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques in the field of sports medicine using the company\'s instruments, implants and consumables
• Guiding surgeons in using new products and techniques
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products to address them
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company\'s product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques
• Adhering to compliance policy and guidelines at all times

You should have the following qualities:

• Be a Registered nurse
• Possess a Degree in medicine or medical qualification
• Possess 3+ years related working experience
• Professional experience in the sports medicine field is advantageous
• An understanding of anatomy, pathophysiology, conditions and biomechanics that relates to orthopedics and sports medicine
• Proactive, well structured and independent working style
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Excellent team player
• Confident and competent appearance
• Assertive
• Good English communication skills - verbal and written
• Highly customer orientated
• Proven ability to problem solve
• Organization skills and ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to work after office hours and weekends when needed
