Our team of Psychologists specialize in clinical and diagnostic assessments and therapeutic intervention to children and their family members. Requirements: Master or PhD Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology from accredited university. Relevant practical experience in paediatrics would be an advantage. Experience in identifying psychological, emotional or behavioural issues and providing psychological interventions to children and their families. Well-developed skills in case formulation and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions (eg. CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and other best practice interventions) Knowledge and skills in conducting risk assessments for suicide and self-harm Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children and adolescents of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economics backgrounds. Must be approachable and empathic for children and their families. Knowledge and skills in conducting mental health assessments for children and adolescents. Registered or eligible for registration with recognised professional body or Singapore Psychological Society. Job Responsibilities: To develop and implement individual or group psychological intervention/therapy for children and families coping with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. Conduct psychological assessments for a range of clinical issues. Analyse results of psychological assessments and provide recommendations based on child's individual needs. Write detailed psychological reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies.
