Working hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours (rotating on-call duties)
Budget: $4500-5200 (basic) + Transport Allowance (for car owner only) SGD 1.5k + Sales Incentive
Job Scope:
- Day-to-day interaction with surgeons, Operating Theatre Personnel, and fellow Sales Leads, Clinical Service Specialists, Customer Service, Regulatory and Quality, Medical Education and Operations colleagues while value adding to business.
- Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques with technology.
- Providing competent technical and clinical support when technology is used by surgeons.
- Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new technology.
- Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
- Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads
- Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
- Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all time
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in nursing/ health sciences
