Job Description

We are looking for a clinical support specialist for medical devices who is driven and motivated to take up this role. This role is ideal for nurses who are keen to enter the medical devices industry, or nursing candidates who are keen to join a fast growing medical devices company.

Responsibilities:

• Assists surgeons in performing surgical techniques

• Guide surgeons in using new products and techniques

• Ensures appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use

• Builds positive relationships with customers

• Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them

• Maintains a thorough understanding of product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques

• Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years related working experience

• Registered nurse with scrub experience

• Motivated and driven personality
