Job Description

An esteemed Medical Devices Company is currently seeking a highly capable Product and Clinical Support Specialist (MRI) to join their team. The successful incumbent will be tasked with delivering clinical assistance and application training to both new and current customers on how to operate MRI machines.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing clinical, marketing, training, and technical sales support in your area of expertise.
• Independently providing comprehensive MI and/or application training to various groups and levels of staff in any environment.
• Collaborating with customers to troubleshoot system issues, optimize image quality, and refine protocols and workflows.
• Engaging in consultative or collaborative discussions with customers regarding relevant research projects.
• Conducting product presentations and on-site demonstrations for workshops, conferences, site visits, pre-sales events, tender clarifications, and customer updates.
• Supporting and conducting training initiatives, such as educational and clinical workshops.
• Assisting and advising the sales team in configuring systems for tender submissions and clarifications.
• Building key reference sites in Singapore for MRI.

Qualifications and experience:

• You must be a qualified radiographer/clinical practitioner with at least 3 years of experience in MRI, and/or expertise in a broad range of neuro, cardiac, and oncology applications.
• Familiarity with various imaging modalities and prior clinical knowledge, training, and operational experience in this field is an added advantage.
• You should possess knowledge of clinical procedures, workflows, practical working experience, technical skills, and image quality evaluation skills necessary to promote our product range in the market.
• Possession of an existing Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) Registration & Practicing Certificate (Fully registered)
