Main Objective:

The main objective is to support to the Singapore Commercial Team\'s business interest and maintain Organisation\'s level of standard in technical and surgical expertise in Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.

As a Clinical Service Specialist, you will enjoy the day-to-day interaction with surgeons, Operating Theatre Personnel, and fellow Sales Leads, Clinical Service Specialists, Customer Service, Regulatory and Quality, Medical Education and Operations colleagues while value adding to business.

You will strive to be a champion with Sales Leads in driving professional and exceptional customer experience outcome whenever Ogranisation\'s technology is involved, through the following, but not limited to:

• Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques

• Providing competent technical and clinical support when Organisation\'s technology is used by surgeons.

• Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new Organisation\'s technology.

• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use

• Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads

• Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.

• Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times

Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board

• 1+ years related working experience

• Professional experience in the sports medicine or orthopedics field is advantageous
