Our client is a global medical device company and they are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as Clinical Support Specialist. This role is ideal for nursing professional who are seeking a rewarding and exciting career in the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage
• Guide surgeons in using new products and techniques
• Cases pre-arrangement and instrument kit monitoring
• Builds positive relationships with customers
• Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the company\'s product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing and able to be on standby on weekend
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent team player
