What the role is:You are responsible for managing all close combat training matters.What you will be working on:On this, you evaluate and advise units on the close combat standards and gradings of soldiers\' performance. You generate monthly audit reports. You also serve as a consultant on all matters related to close combat and martial arts, as well as coordinate and supervise trainings. In addition, you manage personnel under your charge. Your challenge lies in developing and maintaining good and wide networking with external organisations and agencies.What we are looking for:You should have a Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years\' coaching or supervisory experience in martial arts training. You must have martial arts skills, with a minimum requirement of a Grade P3 in Krav Maga. Alternatively, a Black Belt in other martial arts can be considered. Possession of excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills is essential.
