About You Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in Engineering design recommendations, including the following areas:

• 15 years of experience and minimum 8 years in Global System Integrator having deliver cloud migration or modern data platform project.
• Having thought leader level knowledge in architectural design and application delivery in technologies that include, but are not limited to cloud, big data/ cloud data platform, APIs/microservices, automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment, AI/ML and emerging technologies.
• Evaluating cloud application or cloud data platform requirements and make architectural recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioning applications.
• Designing and deploying dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications.
• Leading complex efforts within established Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, kanban, SAFe and others);
• Leading architectural and engineering reviews of proposed product engineering investments/solutions to determine the strategic alignment and technical soundness.
• Taking products from concept to implementation with multiple customers.
• Architecting and deploying secure and robust applications in a cloud infrastructure.
• Leading architectural and engineering reviews of proposed product engineering investments/solutions to determine the strategic alignment and technical soundness.
• Providing seasoned advice on application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization; and,
• Providing architectural and technical direction to multiple products simultaneously.
• Added advantage if have experience dealing with FSI clients and understand FSI tech
• Mandatory to be certified Microsoft Azure Solution Architect
• Mandatory to have complete at least 5 life cycle of Cloud Migration or Modern Data Platform project

• Forecasting resource utilization and capacity and establishing and maintaining a planning process to forecast project timelines and identify additional resource requirements.

• Using business acumen to interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought-leadership of specific technologies, and driving technology change.
• Advising and influencing leaders on trends that could potentially affect the success of a function or business area.
• Assembling concepts and communications appropriate for specific audiences at all staff levels within the firm and with customers.
• Using business and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and influence relationships with senior leaders in IT and throughout a business.
• Building trusting and influential relationships at all levels and engaging with vendors and third parties.
• Understanding emerging technologies to market these technologies to business leadership and convey possibilities for new ways of working.
• Promoting a culture of innovation by continuously seeking opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team and the organization as a whole; and,
• Working with global teams with mix of company and vendor resources.
