Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and modern application deployment strategies. You will work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to build and optimize cloud environments aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end cloud architecture and migration strategies on AWS. Define and implement well-architected frameworks and best practices for AWS deployments. Lead cloud adoption and transformation initiatives across the organization. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure cloud solutions. Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of all cloud-based systems. Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams on AWS technologies. Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost. Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and data privacy regulations. Collaborate on disaster recovery, backup, and failover strategies. Stay updated with new AWS services and trends to propose innovation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on AWS. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional are strongly preferred. Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.). Experience with container technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless architectures. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Familiarity with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform). Understanding of security best practices for cloud architecture. Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and cloud-to-cloud migrations is a plus.

Pay: Up to $9,000.00 per month
