Job Description

We are looking for Cloud System Engineer to join IT software company!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Basic Salary: Up to S$ 5,500 + AWS + VB (Permanent Roles)

Cloud environment and regional project exposure

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver stable, efficient, and reliable Cloud Infrastructure and operations.
• Support implementation and testing of installation of Cloud Infrastructure.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. (Infrastructure as code, AWS CloudFormation).
• Perform daily performance monitoring, analysis, and maintenance to ensure system Cloud Infrastructure performed.
• Support Cloud Infrastructure Operations, resolve Cloud Infrastructure incidents.
• Diagnose problem source through discussions with users.
• Escalate problems or issues to higher management.
• Support implementation of preventive measures, planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills.
• Support reports on performance and availability of Cloud Infrastructure systems by reviewing of service uptime, utilization, and throughput.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 1 year experience with cloud services including open source technology, software development, system engineering and work with Major Cloud Service provider.
• Understanding of architecture and design in server and cloud technologies.
• Experience with building CI/CD tools: GIT, Jenkins, Consul, Vault, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana
• Experience with APIs, orchestration, automation and databases, both rdbms and nosql.
