Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Cloud Managed Services for IT infrastructure based on the various hybrid cloud platform framework minimally pertaining to:

Platform-As-A-Services (PaaS);

Infrastructure-As-A-Service (IaaS)

Database as a Service (DBaaS)

Software as a Service (SaaS)

Security as a Service (SECaaS).

Perform transfer or replication of the DNS records to SP appointed secondary DNS services, Monitor DNS health and working with other parties to troubleshoot DNS issue.

Monitor and troubleshoot the cloud service provider(s) virtual machine instances\xe2\x80\x99 services.

Provide IP address management and allocations within each cloud managed instances, for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and Azure Virtual Network (VNet)

Raise the Service Request (SR) or Change Request (CR) to the cloud solutions and service providers\xe3\x80\x82

Provide cloud tagging and management, service component naming and management, user, group and role management.

Configure and pipe all the logs to central logging service such as Log Analytics Workspace and AWS Centralized Logging.

Monitor and alert on threshold reached or exceeded for health, load and error statistics on the monitoring systems.

Requirements

Requirement and Skills

Proficient in cloud service provisioning in AWS and Azure

Strong skills in AWS, Azure or other cloud service providers.

Proficient and perform the provisioning, operation, administration and maintenance of native cloud network services provided by the cloud service provider(s)

Skilled in Cloud provided tools such as Service Fabric and auto-scaling capabilities.

Experienced in Compute Services;

Experienced in Storage;

Experienced in Networking and Content Delivery;

Experienced in Management and Monitoring;

Experienced in Security, Identity and Access; and Enterprise Integration.

Experienced in Any other services used by SP in AWS GCC and Azure cloud.
