There is a paradigm shift towards cloud-native technologies and methodologies calling for new capabilities. We are looking for interns who are passionate about cloud native architecture to join us in our Cloud Native Architecture Centre of Excellence to co-develop and architect cloud native products, uplift the Cloud Native Ecosystem in Singapore and enable our enterprise customers in Singapore and the regional economies.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve

Interns will be assimilated into our existing team and will work alongside other Cloud Native Architects/ Developers on live projects, to drive resilient, enterprise-grade software development at startup speed.

As a Cloud Native Architect, you may review ( under the supervision of experienced Architects) software architecture, propose actionable plans, leading to its implementation. These may include the setup of CI/CD pipelines, path to production strategies.

As a Cloud Native Developer, you may do pair programming, carry out test-driven software development for \xe2\x80\x9cgreenfield applications\xe2\x80\x9d. You may apply application modernisation tools and frameworks such as event storming, Boris, SNAP to re-platform \xe2\x80\x9cbrownfield applications\xe2\x80\x9d

You will:

• Agile cloud native software development (including test driven development, continuous integration and delivery) and path to production
• Platforms, tools, and methodologies used to help the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest companies transform the way they build software and run their most strategic applications.
• Project management
• Problem solving, Presentation skills,

Essential Requirements

• Pursuit of diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or applicable field
• Minimum 3.4 of 4.0 GPA
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (Spring, Java, Python, .NET or Go). Official certifications or applicable project experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills, able to articulate both the technical and business value propositions of proposed solutions.
• Familiarity with PAAS/ SAAS platforms or public clouds (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud)
