:

We are searching for a high energy and talented intern to join the Executive Projects & ESG team, to be based in Singapore. The Executive Projects & ESG team works closely with Hafnia\xe2\x80\x99s executive management to drive, define and execute Hafnia strategic projects as well as our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategy.

You will function as an essential support to the Manager of the team to help operationalizing and monitoring our strategic intentions, driving organizational efficiency, and participating in specific projects.

The role represents a solid development opportunity as it will provide exposure to the maritime industry and provide hands-on opportunities on strategic projects and ESG, and in all this you will work closely with an experienced fast paced team. Furthermore, the role demands a very strong learning agility, interpersonal skills, and an affinity for being precise, structured and organized.

The main responsibilities of the Intern on Executive Projects & ESG will be to provide support on the following tasks:

Executive Projects

• Execution of project tasks within assigned workstreams
• Identification of process improvement opportunities within designated process areas, utilising internal and external resources as appropriate
• Solutions implementation and drive for continuous improvements
• Change management aspects of new business processes, in terms of communication, execution and training strategy

Environmental, Social & Governance

• Contribution to strategic ESG projects on specific topics such as biodiversity, scope 3 emissions, social and business ethics initiatives
• Support the company to bring to life our ESG ambitions
• Produce analysis on innovative solutions to improve our ESG profile

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preparing a degree from business school, engineering school or any other recognised educational institutions
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management and process optimization
• Structured in ways of working and addressing challenges
• Strong analytical skills with a sense for critical reasoning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
