Solutions and After-Sales Engineer

to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will be a key technical liaison, providing guidance and support to customers while collaborating with their global teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance, product training, and on-site support to resolve technical challenges and maintain strong customer relationships.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.

Develop and present comprehensive technical documentation, including project proposals, implementation plans, and test reports.

Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to provide valuable insights that inform our product development and R&D teams.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops, potentially delivering keynote speeches and presentations.

Facilitate technical exchanges and partnerships to foster collaboration with external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT and internet-related companies, with a strong understanding of core technologies in the cloud computing industry (e.g., Kubernetes, DevOps, container platforms).

Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as a Solutions Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar technical support position. Experience with medium to large-scale project implementation and DevOps practices is a plus.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, international team environment.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
