Cloud Operations EngineerWorking Location: Pasir PanjangWorking Hours: Mon-FriSalary Package: Up to $8000 (basic) + AWSRole Overview:We are seeking an independent and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer with experience in both small and large-scale cloud-based projects.In this role, you will support the migration of cloud platform, collaborating closely with users and development team to ensure a seamless migration process.Key Responsibilities:Assist in operational activities required for the cloud migration project.Provide system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.Participate in on-call escalations to troubleshoot customer-facing issues.Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous incidents, effectively communicating/escalating issues and resolutions to stakeholders.Support front-line management of incidents, proactive and preventative analysis.Develop, implement, and maintain processes to document day-to-day support activities, dashboards, timelines, and communication of issues.Collaborate with high-performance teams, influencing with positive energy.Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to enhance IT cloud operations performance..Develop scripts and templates to automate infrastructure provisioning.Take ownership of end-to-end solutions provided by teams across the organization.Requirements:At least 3 years of cloud operations experiences, preferably in AWS cloud.Ability to handle administrative tasks and user queries.Passion for automation, standardization, and best practices.Deep understanding of the interdependence between cloud infrastructure, information security, and cloud applications/services.Experience in managing cloud production environments and implementing preventative measures.Network skills in firewall rules, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS.Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Gitlab.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy-as-code (PaC).Experience with Python and PowerShell programming languages.Why Join Us?Be part of a team leading the digital transformation of government services.Engage in innovative projects and use cutting-edge technologies.Collaborate with high-performance teams and influential stakeholders.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Elane Yap Theng Yu- R1989397ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd - 11C5781
