Your new firm is a market leader in the Financial Services and Insurance space. This is a newly created position for growth as they are looking to expand their Cloud team.
Your new role
- Oversee and manage in-house AWS Cloud platforms to ensure smooth service availability and operations
- Design, plan and define cloud-based solutions to improve the cloud infrastructure and performance
- Analyse and identify areas of improvements in the infrastructure and develop solutions to ensure compliance to global standards
- Deploy and rollout global projects to enhance application deployment on cloud infrastructure platforms
- Troubleshoot and configure any issues on cloud platforms and identify root cause
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimally 2 years of hands-on experience managing AWS cloud platforms across the full development life cycle
- Sound technical knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and infrastructure management on Linux OS
- Technical certifications in AWS and/or Azure are a strong advantage
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible and containerisation technologies are preferred
