AMILI is seeking for driven and collaborative individuals based in Singapore that will be heavily involved in our growth trajectory as we promote gut health here and in the region. As a Cloud Security & Operations Manager, you will own and lead Cloud security and IT operations at AMILI as the team build something amazing across Southeast Asia. What you will be doing: Oversee Cloud footprint of AMILI from an Operations and Security perspective Overseeing IT Service Delivery and IT Operations (infrastructure and application) Partnering with the senior leadership team from various business units (Finance, supply chain, operations and etc.). This includes working with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyze requirements, identify solutions, plan/lead enhancement and implement resolution Ensuring the business growth plan is supported by latest technologies and subjected to security compliance/governance. This includes managing budget/resources, ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Demonstrated experience building large-scale systems and solving complex problems Demonstrated understanding of Agile development methodologies What you will need: At-least 3 years' experience in managing IT operations for both cloud and on-premise arrangements. Good experience in Windows and cloud AWS installations, from a security and operations perspective. Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft SharePoint Online, MS Intune, O365 Compliance. Exposure in Linux admin systems, from a security and operations perspective Responsible for coordinating, review and management of audit, risk, and compliance, preferably with ISO27001 / QMS 9001 experience. Monthly, ad hoc and status reporting related to the Audit/Compliance, people areas, On/Off boarding, and other operational activities of the Operational Support function. What is good to have: Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment. (AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate /AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate) Extra curricula software development passion (e.g., Machine learning algorithms)
