: Cloud Adoption Team (CAT) - Junior Architect

The Cloud Adoption Team (CAT) Junior Architect reports to the CAT Lead and supports tenants in adopting and using the organization's cloud platforms. This role focuses on helping teams design, build, and deploy secure, scalable, and compliant systems in the cloud. You will work closely with tenants and internal teams to translate technical requirements into practical cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support tenants in designing, architecting, and deploying systems on private cloud platforms. Conduct requirement discussions and technical consultations, including: Cloud platforms and on-premise technologies Cloud common services DevSecOps pipelines, automation, and collaboration tools Technical architecture design and compliance requirements Work with tenants and project teams to create reference architectures, solution templates, and deployment patterns. Monitor, triage, and resolve technical enquiries to ensure smooth onboarding and cloud adoption. Maintain FAQs and technical guides to support tenants. Develop and update training materials related to cloud onboarding, services, and DevSecOps best practices. Deliver technical briefings, walkthroughs, and hands-on sessions for project teams. Collaborate with CAT Lead and Training Lead to maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in the IT industry. At least

one professional-level cloud or hyper-converged infrastructure certification

(AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, or VMware) or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
