Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to clients for designing, architecting, and deploying systems on private cloud platforms. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and consultations on topics such as:Cloud service providers and on-premises technologies

Cloud common services


DevSecOps pipelines and automation tools


Collaboration tools for DevSecOps


Technical architecture design


Compliance requirements
Collaborate with clients and project teams to create reference architectures, solution templates, and deployment patterns. Monitor, triage, and resolve technical inquiries to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain and update Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) resources to support clients. Develop and plan technical training materials on topics like cloud onboarding, common services, DevSecOps best practices, and toolchains. Deliver technical briefings, walkthroughs, and hands-on sessions to empower project teams. Work with the Cloud Solutions Manager and training teams to maintain reusable technical documentation and knowledge repositories.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry. Professional-level certification in cloud or hyper-converged infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, or VMware). Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
