Human by nature.Consumer Market Insights Lead Manager - Your future position?Location: 1 Pioneer Turn, SingaporeReporting to: Category DirectorAs a Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Lead Manager at Givaudan, you will coordinate and execute regional market research projects and build consumer understanding following business objectives. Regional specific expertise.Main ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead cross-country or cross-category CMI projects (such as Fragrance Family), align test design and protocol, ensure quality execution and accurate analysis at regional levelData Management: Manage CMI database of historical projects across APAC countries with the support from Local CMI managers, to ensure data is stored centrally and database is standardized and updated for cross category reference.Continuous Improvement & CMI Excellence: As champion of some new or exploratory CMI tools and partner with Local CMI managers to implement new CMI methods in project context to build more in-depth consumer understanding.
