What the role is:

As a Senior/ Lead Manager in the School Cockpit Administration Centre, you will be part of the team managing a student management system and related applications. You will partner the relevant stakeholders from schools, HQ divisions and an external vendor to achieve excellence in the assigned areas.

What you will be working on:

• Facilitate and actualise MOE policies and operationalise key school processes which leverage on data in the student management system through extracting data and conducting data analyses \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain the student management system and related applications, such as gathering user requirements, performing user acceptance tests, performing operational work (e.g. resolve incidents), and ensuring adherence and compliance to system security, financial and audit requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and training on the use of data from the student management system through conducting trainings, induction and briefings, as well as developing communications materials (e.g. step-by-step guides) \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance to schools in data security policy matters, and support for school administrative processes, such as facilitating the development and deployment of technology tools in schools to support administration and operations

What we are looking for:

• A highly organised, dynamic and meticulous team player with an eye for detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical skills and ablility to work with data \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and work under tight timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing IT systems projects and familiarity with MS Excel would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks of the close of the application window.
