Jobs Responsibilities:

Develop CNC Programs: Create and modify CNC machine programs using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. Ensure that programs are accurate and optimized for efficient machining processes and meet the specifications outlined in technical drawings. Test and Debug Programs: Load and test CNC programs on machines to verify their accuracy and functionality. Debug and adjust programs as needed to resolve issues such as incorrect tool paths, machining errors, or other programming problems to ensure smooth and precise operations. Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to understand machining requirements and provide technical support. Make adjustments to programs based on feedback and observations to improve product quality and process efficiency

Jobs Requirements:

Educational Background: ITE or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programming, or a related field. Certifications in CNC programming or related areas (e.g., Mastercam) are advantageous. Experience in CNC Programming: Proven experience in programming CNC machines, including familiarity with various types of CNC equipment (e.g., lathes, mills). Experience with CAD/CAM software and the ability to create and modify complex machining programs is essential. Technical Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong technical skills in CNC programming and machine operation. High attention to detail to ensure programs are accurate and machines operate within specified tolerances. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues effectively.
