Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines
Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required
Prepare and update of CNC programs
Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc
Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines
Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM
- At least 5 years CNC Machining experience
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing
Preferred
- Gender : Male
- Nationality : Singapore/Singapore PR/Malaysian
- Race : : Chinese/Malay
- Able to machine troubleshooting
- Good eyesight and no color blind
- Able to hands-on on critical part thru workmanship
