Company Overview

We are a precision engineering company specialising in high-accuracy machining for various industries including aerospace, oil & gas, marine and automation. We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer cum Setter who can work independently and ensure top-quality machining results.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop CNC programs using Mastercam software for 3- & 4-axis milling machines.

Set up CNC machines (tooling, offsets, fixturing, workpiece alignment).

Verify programs and conduct first-article inspection before mass production.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings with GD&T.

Perform machine troubleshooting, tooling adjustments, and quality checks during production.

Work closely with production and QA teams to ensure precision and on-time delivery.

Maintain machines, tools, and work area in clean and good condition.

Requirements

Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Precision Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in CNC Milling programming and setting (4-Axis preferred).

Proficient in Mastercam software for toolpath generation.

Strong understanding of cutting tools, machining processes and speeds/feeds.

Able to interpret engineering drawings and tight tolerances.

Independent, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Added Advantage

Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mazak controls.

Knowledge of fixture design or CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD).

Familiar with precision manufacturing industries (Aerospace / Oil & Gas).
