• Position Title: CNC Technician/Operator
• Working Location: Changi South
• Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating multi-axis CNC machining, Fiber Laser Machining and inputting the programs as designed.
• Ensure that the CNC machine & Fiber Laser Machine operates in a safe, controlled environment.
• Responsible for loading and setting up.
• Perform basic preventive & corrective maintenance of the machine.
• Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Machine-related general tasks.

• Minimum Nitec in Precision Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of related working experience.
• Computer literate, and familiar with WoodWOP, Pytha, Art- CAM, Jdpaint, Solidworks, AutoCAD.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of CNC Machines & Fiber Laser Machines.
• Familiarity with Homag CNC Machines is an added advantage.
